Unban Policy

New Unban Policy (Effective 5th August, 2025)

We are introducing a new policy for bans to give banned users a fairer chance at making amends and to better define the severity of each infraction.

Going forward, if you are banned from the server, you will receive a direct message (DM) from our server bot. This message will state the reason for your ban, followed by a penalty classification in brackets.

Example: "You have been banned from Kanro for the following reason: [Your ban reason] (Unconditional)"

Ban Classifications

Regular Ban Regular bans are open for appeal. You can email us or DM a moderator to submit an appeal, providing a valid reason why you should be given a second chance. Your appeal will be reviewed by the staff team for further consideration.

Unconditional Ban Unconditional bans are permanent and irreversible, with no option for appeal. This classification is strictly applied to users who pose a severe or detrimental threat to the community.

Current Banned Users & Status

Amnesty Review: At this moment, all currently banned users are categorized under a Regular Ban, meaning you are officially eligible to appeal.

How to Appeal: To request a second chance, please email us at kanro@europe.com (preferred method) or DM one of our moderators.

Re-classification Warning: Please note that we reserve the right to upgrade a past ban to Unconditional if, upon closer review of your case, the infraction is found to warrant a higher penalty.

This policy has been implemented to deter repeat offenses, prevent abuse or harassment, and ensure strict compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service (ToS) and our server rules.
