1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

By using this portal, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian to submit your work and participate in this application process, they must read the terms of conditions before admitting you for submission since this role involves a contract agreement.

2. Nature of Submission (No Guarantee of Work)

This portal is an ongoing, voluntary application process for a potential business partnership. It is not a contest, lottery, or prize draw.

• Submission does not guarantee selection.

• We reserve the right to review, accept, or decline submissions at our sole discretion on a rolling basis.

3. Intellectual Property (IP) & Ownership

• Your Art Remains Yours: You retain full ownership and copyright of all artwork and portfolio pieces submitted through this form.

• Review License: By submitting, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to view and review your artwork internally for the sole purpose of evaluating your application. We will never sell, distribute, or publicly display your submitted work without a separate agreement.

4. Future Partnership & Payouts

If we select your work for an official collaboration:

• Separate Agreement Required: A formal, legally binding contract will be sent to you to outline the exact terms of the commercial project, intellectual property licensing, and launch details. You can request formally to us if you would like to terminate your contract, penalties or termination fees may apply depending on your reason.

• The Split: Compensation for the final product will be structured as a 50% revenue split of sales, which must be processed and paid out automatically via Stripe. You will be required to have or create a Stripe account to receive payouts. Additional merchant sites like Gumroad and Fourthwall will also require you to create an account, you will be instructed directly in regards to this procedure.

• This is not a commission offer: You will not be paid on acceptance, this is collaborative and you will only receive payments through or merchandise partners & companies.

5. Governing Law

These terms and any dispute arising from your submission are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London, UK.
